What Um Sultan Actually Needs to Submit

One card per request, in the order to enter them in the HR system. Each range runs continuously; the system should only deduct the working days shown.

Copied text is plain and ready to paste into a leave form or an email to HR.
How this was calculated
  1. Weekends cost zero leave.
  2. Public holidays cost zero leave.
  3. Annual and casual leave cover working days (Monday to Friday) only.
  4. Sick leave counts calendar days, so any weekend or holiday inside a sick request would be charged. On Auto, the planner puts sick leave on weekdays only and splits it into separate requests around weekends and holidays. If sick leave must go in fixed blocks of N consecutive days, each block is placed where it catches the fewest weekends and holidays, and the gaps are covered by annual leave. If sick requests must be separated, at least the chosen number of annual leave days is placed between each pair.
  5. Every working day of the trip is booked as annual leave. Casual, sick and remote days are kept outside the travel dates.
  6. Remote work extends time physically away from the office without consuming leave.
  7. The optimizer places credits back to back from the day after maternity leave ends, so every weekend and holiday in between is absorbed for free. The return date is the first working day left uncovered.
